The cover copy says that the Woman From Another Planet had the body and passion of a woman but the soul of a demon. Earthbound people are like that as well.
The author, Frank Long, is better known under his full name Frank Belknap Long. Long?s chief claim to fame is that he was a friend of H.P. Lovecraft. He contributed a couple of hilarious stories to Lovecraft?s Cthulhu mythos.
Mostly Long was a hack writer and and under various names wrote many numbingly tedious novels. By sheer act of will I made it through a few.
