The Self Lover doesn?t look at all tormented by his own emotions or anybody else?s. He looks like he?s having a good time.
The title might make you think he?s trying to live up to the Old Testament accounts of Onan and his spilled seed.
The cover art suggests that he?s a mad solitaire addict. Though the cards look as if the Athletic Model Guild designed them.
I?m more interested in the cute fellow in the background. He looks as if me might be fun to spend some time with. And if the title character is so in love with himself that he doesn?t have the time I?d have happily made myself available.
