About

Since each of my six weblogs use the same templates if I want to add something to one or two I need to add it to all. I'm writing "about" pages for each weblog. They'll let me deal with frequent questions, attacks, comments by pointing someone to a page when the topic is something I've grown weary of repeatedly redefining for strangers.

This is a first draft only.

Diversions FAQ

Why is this here?
Why weblog?

You can't really be an atheist, nobody can.
Sigh. Read the Gullibility FAQ.

What do you do for a livng?
I would. I own a used bookshop.

What kind of person are you?
Read my personal weblog.

It was damn rude of you to not answer my comment or email.
Perhaps the comment didn't seem addressed to me personally. Or any assent or disagreement I felt was too mild to evoke a response. I answer almost every email that isn't from a 'phobe or a crank. Perhaps it didn't arrive or got caught by my spam filter.

You deleted my comment you bastard!
You might've tried to save my soul, called me a faggot without being one yourself or your comment might've been misplaced. I don't know why some people think this is a dating service.

I enjoyed your writing. As a return favor, (if you don?t already know of him) I encourage you to look up David Morgan, a photographer in New York.

Do you have an opinion about this?

Feel free to leave a comment on About.

Please keep your comment on topic.

I'm a happily gay atheist. Homophobic, racist comments and conversion attempts are deleted.

Disagreement is fine but hate speech won't be tolerated. Even if you share my prejudices I'd rather you not insult other people who leave comments here.

This is a personal hobby and shouldn't be confused with a more general sort of public forum or chatroom. you'd like to know more about me check about page.

Thanks, Richard
