I bought this saw a year about a year ago. I needed to cut a 2" cast iron pipe that came up vertically through a 12 inch square concrete hole. The cut had to be in the bottom of the hole and be at a perfect 90 degree angle. Theoretically the same cut could have been made with a modified hacksaw, but... more info

I had a Makita for 13 years that wasn't too bad, but it finally died of bad bearings. The repair cost was within $10 of replacement so I started shopping.
I was going to get the 10 amp Super Sawzall, but after reading toolpig's review and considering the advantages of orbital action, I bought this... more info

I have used this saw for 2 years and have had no problems. It has good power for a 14.4v. It's light and extremely durable. I have found it very easy to handle. The keyless blade change is great! It saves a lot of time. My only complaint is that the shoe is not adjustable. Otherwise it's a great... more info

I have the entire 24V kit, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I like the AC/DC converter feature, so that when the uncommon dead battery situation happens, you're not left without power. DeWalt: How about a 24V jig saw, plate jointer, miter saw and handheld planer? I'll buy them whenever they... more info

I've owned this saw for two years now and I'm overall pleased with it. I've cut pipe, angle iron, rebar and auto bodies with mine, and of course the easy stuff like wood and light pruning. The saw is well balanced, fairly strong and well built. If I were to buy a recip saw today, I'd go for one with... more info

I can remember my Dad bringing home a metal Milwaukee case 20 some years ago. I wasn't allowed to use it then, but his new Sawzall sure looked cool. That saw is still going for him and everyone that he knows that don't have their own. :) So I knew Milwaukee was the brand I needed for my first... more info

I'm a concrete and masonry contractor and my guys use this tool for everything from cutting forms to cutting roots in their way. My trusty Sawzall is probably the one small power tool I could not live without, so when I saw the Grout Grabber for the first time, purchasing it was a relatively easy decision. The white grout around a shower in our home had past its prime, and replacing it became the Grout Grabber's first... more info

If you're not using bimetallic blades...well, you should. They're so much tougher and long lasting than plain steel they'll pay for themselves just in time saved changing broken blades. For cutting metal they're the only choice. This set is a good choice to accompany a new saw.

I got my new Tiger Claw for Christmas and immediately took it out in my shop and chopped up some 2"X 12" white oak joists from an old building deconstruction project. The saw has more than enough power to take the cut as fast as I could force the blade into the beam. It seems to be built for extreme... more info
