Great Cardio Workout:

Like the other Quick Fix workouts, I love this DVD. It combines cardio with toning so if you are able to do all 4 segments, you get a great total body workout including the cardio. The moves are not difficult which lends to a better cardio effect. I like to do 2 or 3 segments and combine it with the Arm and Leg workout plus one of the Ab segments from the Quick Fix Total Mix DVD for an excellent total body workout.

Good quick workouts- not very challenging though:

If you are looking for short cardio workouts this DVD is for you. Each section has a different focus- one for upper, one for lower and one for core. The upper section has lots of punching, lower has lots of kicking and the core section has a little of everything.
I like Janis' instruction and I enjoyed the DVD but it was pretty easy. Each section has its own warmup so if you do the dvd straight through you have to warm up and cool down three times which is irritating. I also didn't think the core... more info
