Nice, but far from being perfect:

Bought this from Amazon with Sony Ericsson t610 for $50 (part of a promotion). It was very easy to setup a partnership with my old Nokia 3650. Battery life is excellent, though I turn it off when not is use. Sound quality was reasonably good, yet picks up static/movement noise when used while walking (inside or outside). So, noise cancellation of microphone is not good.

Great gadget to have!:

I have been using Jabra FreeSpeak headset for the last 5 months with SonyEricsson T610 phone. Setup took me about 10 minutes, and fairly straightforward. I was amazed the clarity of sound quality, and nobody could tell that I was using headset. Battery life was fair, and I normally charge every other day. This thing works much better than untangling headset wire in the middle of traffic. Extremely happy to own one.

Works Okay for Phone/Computer:

The biggest dissapointment I had with this device is that the sound quality is about that of a radio. It may just be that bluetooth can't carry any more bandwidth.

Beyond that it works like a charm. I use it for a wireless headset with my phone as well as with iChat on OSX doing audio chats. I also use it to listen to MP3s off iTunes on my commute in.
