Small, fast, perfect pictures.:

This printer was easy to set up. The software that comes with it makes printing soo much easier as it has a built in layout program to do various sizes, corrections and cropping. Allows you to do borderless or bordered pictures. The colors are perfectly printed. When I used my Epson 1270, I never got perfect color matching. The Canon i860 delivers fast, clean, acurate pictures. I am very impressed with this affordable printer. It has 5 cartridges so that you only replace the ones that you need for far less... more info

It was too good to be true -- I was wrong:

I first encountered digital photography and photo printers in 1999-1999 when Epson was making both digital cameras and color photo printers. Back then 1MP+ and glossy paper were enough to make some hobbyists drool.
I just unwrapped my Canon i860 and put it to the test. Compared to the high-res digital pictures I had sent to Ofoto.com for printing, the pictures made by this can-do printer were better hands down. Professional looking pics!!!!!:

I am absolutely amazed and impressed with the i860. Canon includes all the ink and a few sheets of their photo paper pro so that you can print out photos from the get go. I gave it a whirl and not only was it simple, the photos came out looking like processed film photos! I was so excited I showed them to my husband and he agreed, even on the lowest setting for standard photo prints, the prints looked awesome!
