Excellent quality:

I purchased this set when it was on sale for $39.99. For that price, you can't even get junk from the discount store for 8 people plus hostess pieces. This is one of the best bargains I've found on Amazon. I think I would've paid twice as much as I did or more and still felt as though I had gotten a good value.
