Same segment as Cardio Boot Camp!:

FYI... If you have the Cardio Boot Camp dvd, you already have 50% of the workout on Cardio Kick. The first of the 2-20 minute segments is hardly heart pumping. The second segment is THE first segment on Cardio Boot Camp. I feel totally ripped off.

20/20 Series is a complete disappointment!:

I was very shocked that The Method 20/20 series appears to be very slim in the way of content. I have this DVD as well as another one and it was just that, 20 minutes of very basic moves. Will be the last of that series that I purchase.

Very Little Kickboxing:

I bought this tape believing that it would be an aerobic kickboxing video. Instead I got edits from a television show. Very poorly made. It is just an overrated fast paced aerobic workout with hardly any kicking at all. If you want a great toning video try any of the Lotte Berk Series.
