A comfortable, sturdy rest...:

The 3M Gel Wrist Rest for keyboards is about 19 inches long, 3 wide, and 1 high. Even though I'm not putting much pressure on it, the product does conform to my wrist- without letting it sink in the gel. It's definitely supportive. I use an ergonomic keyboard, which has a curve built into the board where its own plastic wrist rest attaches. But I removed the plastic wrist rest, set the gel wrest as close up against the keyboard as possible, and I like it this way. My fingers hit the keys in the same way,... more info
