What the doc ordered, if a little awkward to use:
Thanks to a severe flare-up of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, I found myself in a lot of pain after a day of typing. I finally broke down and bought wrist wrests for both my keyboard and my trackball, and I'm glad I did even though both took some major getting used to. The keyboard rest is great in most respects, but for me it has two drawbacks: It could be a bit longer, and it pushes the top of my keybard up under my desk (I have a pull-out shelf arrangement.) This wrist-rest is ideally designed; it can conform to any keyboard (in case you have a "wave" or other oddly-designed board), and its gel support is the most comfortable I've ever used.Bottom line: If you type on a keyboard, you need a wrist rest to protect your body from repetitive strain injury. Buy this one.

I spend the majority of every day on a computer at school. I purchased this wrist rest several months ago after a carpal tunnel flare-up (due to lack of support at the keyboard and mouse) left me in wrist braces for two months.
