Coming to America is without a shadow of a doubt a FUNNY and GREAT Eddie Murphy film. Eddie Murphy plays a African prince who is arranged to marry a woman, but he does not love this woman, so he goes to Queens to find his wife. Of course every character in this movie is either Eddie Murphy or Hall, including the old men in the barber shop. Now Eddie works in a rip-off of McDonalds called McDowells, and Eddie falls in love with the owner's daughter, but she is dating darell; a jerrycurl guy with good looks.... more info

Coming to America is one of the funniest Eddie Murphy movies ever made. It's a film about a na?ve, "Zamundan," prince who knows that there is more to the world than what lies within the palace walls, and he is determined to get out and see it, oh yeah, and find his bride too! In addition to a good storyline the movie also has a great cast; Eddy Murphy, Arsenio Hall, James Earl Jones act in this film, and that's just while he's still in Africa. F U N N Y:

I love this movie. There is nothing I can complain about. This is Eddie Murphy at his Best. This is when Eddie and Arsenio was the BOMB. Every scene makes you laugh. Do you see Samuel Jackson in one of his early roles? Also, ER's Eric LaSalle in his Jeri Curl. This movie is wonderful. I can watch it over and over and over again and laugh at the Soul Glow commercials, because everyone in my area wore a Jerri Curl that looked that nasty. This is a must own.
