This is a complete marketing endeavor--Don't buy: 
Every single endorsement on the back of the book is from Usana's people.
This whole book is heavily weighted to favor Usana's multi-vitamin supplement. The grading criteria are arbitrary, and if they were re-adjusted, another supplement could easily come out on the top.
This book doesn't review some (in fact most) of the best mutli-vitamin brands available, especially those that are available by physician only. Ignoring high-quality brands is also an excellent way for one to get their brand at the... more info
Best I've Found: 
My wife and I have taken nutritional supplements for years. It's always been 'up to me' to determine what brands are the best. I used to be a distributor for USANA nutritionals (rated #1 in this book) and then switched to Life Extension Foundation products (also rated high in this book). It was reassuring to me that by my own discernment, I had chosen the best. I have never found a book so complete and thorough as this book on rating nutritional supplements. I found the Comparative Guide very helpful in understanding the maze of information on supplements that exists today. It can be very difficult to understand how supplements work, the need for supplements, and very importantly- the quality of supplements!
