A solid video with no extras:

This World Cycling Production is good review of the 2002 tour.
The narration by Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwen is professional and the odd spots by Gary Imlach are always fun and informative. Each stage is given own highlight with the major breaks displayed.

The production is less than stellar it views more like an ESPN highlight reel than well though out show. There are numerous picture break-ups and blips caused by broadcast foul-ups. For near $[amount] charged I expect a less slap-dash affair.... more info
