The ideal companion of the Greenberg's handbook:

This is an handbook of operative neurosurgical techniques. There are a lot of informations about the operating room supplies, the surgical instruments and equipment.
Are also present the major neurosurgical procedures, even if someone is not so common in the daily practice (p.e. Dolenc approach), and, there are not information about the posterior fossa approach(there is just the lateral and the supracerebellar approaches but no mention about the IV ventricle approach or something about the IV?... more info
