Outstanding Textbook and Operational Reference:

Great book that takes an often confusing subject and makes it easy to understand. With greater emphasis on using IMS at EMS incidents the authors have taken a critical and important subject and presented it in a manner that all will appreciate and be able to employ at a disaster.

I am very satisfied with this book.
