"The Core" or Naked men do pilates on the garage floor:

The DVD has the following menu: Workout; Scene selection; Pilates Principles; outtakes; slide show; and yoga secrets trailer. I bought this video because: (a) (...); (b) I'm interested in pilates; (c) (...) I would be learning some useful exercise at the same time (it's called rationalisation). Two young, well endowed, handsome men, black and white, perform 36 classic pilates exercises in about 40 minutes. Pilates Secrets - All Male Nude:

I highly recommend this DVD. Not only is it visually appealing. It is also very educational and it works. I am seeing results after one week. I never knew that I had the capability for my abs to look as fabulous as they do. I give this DVD an A+++++++++++++
